Standard is a protected built-in profile. Its pricing values are a canonical template, but the workspace currency above still changes immediately. To keep other pricing changes, Save as new to create an editable profile.

Pricing Engine

Decides how every page's price is calculated.

Cost-Based mode active. Page price comes from consumable cost-per-page, paper, and overhead, scaled by coverage, then protected by markup and a minimum-margin guard. The per-page rates act as a minimum floor.
Manual Flat Rate mode active. The per-page rates are charged directly. Consumable and overhead inputs are ignored in this mode.

Used when you Save changes or Save as new.

Standard's canonical values are USD. When you switch currency, Pricecision converts the editable amounts using the latest available exchange rate; save as new to keep your own profile.
